Florida doesn't have a weather pattern, it's autonomous and it literally shifts from day to night from 90 degrees to 60 in one day (its bipolar I swear). Let's talk about the fact that outside is 90 degrees and then when I walk into my office it feels like I've moved to Alaska. This probably happens to anyone who works at an Advertising Agency. I still don't understand why the air conditioner has to be so cold, HELLO we are not penguins. It's good to have a good AC don't get me wrong, but seriously when I'm cold I can't even think straight, just saying.
I've come to a conclusion that the best way to balance the crazy temperature changes is by wearing a sleeveless shirt or blouse and adding a cardigan or a sweater on top. This allows you to take it off if you go outside and still look good. Since I work at a AD Agency, I'm allowed to wear jeans and sneakers which basically makes my life so much easier.
Here is the outfit I wore, it gives you an idea on how to play with different fabrics, keeps you warm and also makes you look good. I'm wearing a jersey sweater with knitted sleeves, a white sleeveless blouse, sneakers and my everyday purse.
I would love to know if you are in the same situation and what outfits do you put together to combat the heat/cold situation.
